Brian, a successful multi-trade estimator, offers our clients 20-plus years of managing multi-million dollar projects from commercial, state, and federal government to mission-critical. He has worked in all positions, from laborer to crew chief, foreman, superintendent, estimator, and project manager. Brian enjoys spending time with his children and renovating his historic home in his spare time.
Dave Toggas
Business Development & Estimator
Dave Toggas, business development, has over 35 years of experience in the industry and focuses on concrete repair, masonry restoration, and historical renovations. He has been a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, Inc. (ICRI) Baltimore / Washington, DC since its formation. Dave has extensive experience working on many government facilities and buildings throughout the Baltimore and Washington, DC area.

Senior Project Manager
With over 30 years of experience as a project manager, Charles Edwards delivers incredible results when it comes to project leadership. He has impressive project experience, including managing government projects of over $1.2 Billion and hotel projects of over $1.4 Billion. Charles offers expertise in project leadership across diverse roles, from subcontractor to pre-construction manager, project executive, and owner's representative.
Ray Stinnett
Superintendent
Ray Stinnett, superintendent, began his career as a painter and now has over 14 years of concrete repair and restoration experience. He has worked all over the DMV area on many different projects. From federal projects to stadium renovations, Ray has become our concrete specialist.
Steph Leech
Marketing Coordinator
Steph, the marketing coordinator, has been in the construction industry since November 2022, bringing a Marketing Degree from The Ohio State University and a passion for the environment with a LEED Green Associate certification. She is working with the Estimating Team on bidding and Marketing. Steph has also completed numerous certification courses for both estimating and construction. She enjoys walking her dog, hiking, and skiing outside of work.
