Garage Repairs

The initial phase of this extensive project focused on repairing the underground garage and ramps. Our team worked diligently to assess and address various structural issues that had arisen over time due to wear and tear, environmental factors, and heavy usage. Since the garage remained fully occupied throughout this process, we implemented strategic planning to ensure minimal user disruption. Security Barrier Installation

Building upon the success of the first phase, ShanCon was awarded phase two, which focused on enhancing security measures within the facility. The scope of work included demolishing outdated security barriers and replacing them with state-of-the-art Lightfoot Active Beam Barrier Systems. This advanced technology provides enhanced protection and integrates seamlessly into modern architectural designs.

The demolition process required meticulous planning and execution to ensure that safety protocols were always adhered to. We carefully managed debris removal and ensured that any hazardous materials were handled according to industry guidelines. Using a phased approach to demolition and installation, we maintained accessibility for garage users while expediting progress on site.

Drain Repairs, Line Striping, and Traffic Coatings

We also undertook additional responsibilities during this phase, which included drain repairs, line striping for efficient traffic flow management, and applying traffic coatings for durability against wear. This comprehensive scope required coordination across multiple teams, highlighting our capacity for effective communication and teamwork during complex projects.
